Pregnancy symptoms stopped during 11th week of pregnancy?

My morning sickness stopped around 11-12 weeks too, which is pretty typical. Is that the only symptom that has stopped? It doesn't sound like anything to worry about. Bleeding and cramping are sure signs of a potential miscarriage, so unless you have either of these I'd try not to worry so much. Good luck!
