Swordtail fish/ frys ?

ok so i got a fish prego and she has a black spot really black so any day or hour she is going to give birth, but my question is what kind of food do i feed them,. i heard to feed them flakes but to crush them really small or egg yolk but im really not sure if you can help plzzz helpp - thank you
