What happens if you eat slightly mouldy pasta?

Well I made some pasta with bolognese sauce and tomatoes and onion for pack lunches cold, after a few days I had two mouthFuls of the pasta and noticed a small blueish Mark on one of the pasta shells Which I knew was mould, it tasted fine and smelt fine and I couldn't find anymore mouldy bits on the rest of the pasta apart from a strange almost egg yolk looking mould inside one of the shells, that was it, I am now paranoid whether I am going to become ill now from the pasta, I hardly ate any of it but I suffer from emtophobia Which is a fear of being sick, Could I get sick from eating the pasta even though there was hardly any mould and I only ate two forkfuls?
