Has anyone had a pregnancy problem like this?

Ok went for a alter sound im 5 weeks and they said I have old blood behind the yolk sac and the yolk sac wasnt attached to the linning and im super scared what this could mean! My hormone level is perfect they said and so I am wanting some advice to maybe keep me calm I have another altersound friday
