Whats wrong with my nitro rustler 2.5?

About a month ago i bought a Nitro Rustler 2.5. The first day i had it it worked excellent. I took my time and broke it in properly as stated in the book and thought all was well. I did everything as needed. I cleaned the air filter ect. Now when i go to use the truck it works great for about 5 minutes then it will bog down and the Idle will get high and low and then eventually die. What could be my problem? The engine still has excellent compression and ive been cleaning it it WD40 as per the instructions in the book.

Question on old toyota camry alternator?

I have an 88camry. the alternator recently pooped on me. as it was going, when I would put in in gear, or turn on the AC, the engine would slow down to such a slow idle it would almost die, then it did die. they told me that this is because it was drawing on the alternator and the alternator just didn't have enough oomph to keep the car going. so I got a new alternator. first few weeks it ran great, but now,whenever I put it in gear, it runs very , very slowly,the RPM's are like 300, barely enough to keep it running. and this is without the AC on. it acts like it's about to die at any second, just like it did before replacing the alternator. but you would think that the mechanic would have tested the entire system to see if it was something else. also it has had a recent tune up with new plugs and wires and rotor, etc. it's a fuel injected car. can anything else be going on here? the car does have 235,000 miles on it and usually runs so quiet it's like an electric car, it just purrs, but now it acts like it want's to die again when you put it in gear, and it did actually die once while in gear. the RPMS are sooo low, just barely enough to keep it running while in gear.

Hear me out here: Turn your screen saver back on, and then hit apply. It should show a new checkbox that says "On resume, show logon screen." Uncheck it and click apply. Then turn off the screen saver again. Also go back into power options and click on "Advanced Options" and find the option "change require password on wakeup" to no. This should do the trick. If not, try doing Windows Updates, it may be a glitch that can get fixed with a few updates. :)

my 86 mitsubishi Starion 2.6L stock Turbo/intercooled, everytime i hit any boost, when letting off the throttle, the car will start to smoke amazingly bad. i also have about 3 cracks in my exhaust manifold. i was told that could be the reasoning for burning oil when i let off the throttle. i replaced the turbo numerous of times and checked my PCV valve, checks good. the car has 160K miles yet the car runs great. beside the fact some time it wants to die at idle. could this just be because of the exhaust manifold?

Almost 9 wks, no fetus seen?!?

New alternator and battery idle is low and battery light keeps coming on 2003 windstar.?

Replaced the alternator and battery recently, followed the procedure to get the computer to relearn it's idle and have driven 100kms. When the rpm gets below 1500rpm the battery light comes on. When sitting at an idle it is only at about 800rpm. Any idea what is going on, or does it just need to be driven more for the computer to relearn it's idle?

Yea sounds like you have a few problems if I read that correctly, leave the car running on a flat spot, check the dipstick for tranny fluid should be to the right of the engine bay on your specific car, make sure to pull it out wipe and dip it, has to be at the second dot, it would only be doing that if the fluid is unreasonably low, if its not low and its full of fluid, your gear are probably starting to slip, high rpms while going a decent amount of speed is a sign of tranny failing, so is revving high before it goes, usually it bangs when it kicks in, if everything is banging a lot and making the interior of the car shake obnoxiously it could be the motor mounts, before you do ANY maintenance done and waste your money, get it diagnosed by a trusted friend that knows a lot about cars, when something is wrong with a car and you tell the mechanic to just FIX IT and you say you don't know what it is or much about cars they see jackpot and rip you off, so find someone who won't charge you to diagnose the problem and give you a quote, another good tip if your using a mechanic shop to fix it, tell them you'll buy the parts and bring them in, mechanics buy the cheapest brand, lowest quality part and charge you like they bought the best one, I'm not stereotyping mechanics, because i am one lol and i know all the ripping off that goes on, and honestly if any repair cost over $1000, i'd say scrap it, you get like $400 to junkyard a car depending on how much scrap they get out of it and model/make, because spending $1000 or more on a car that is 15 years old is just a terrible investment, for example, take the $400 and the $1000 that "say" it costs to fix your car, give or take a few hundred bucks and you get a decent reliable high 90s early 2000's 4 cylinder car, just trying to help people out who don't know much about cars, cause everyone gets ripped off these days it sucks, they should make automotive a mandatory class in middle/highschool cause everyone needs to drive and everyones car is gunna break some day, instead of them getting ripped off they'll have knowledge of what wrong atleast, ok i'm done preaching, good luck!

John deere 5425 diesel?

What is wrong with my car?

I have a 2000 honda crv. The check engine light came on about a month ago and the car started shaking when idling and stopping. We drove to the auto parts store and they scanned it and came up with codes po300-po304 which is random misfire of cylinders and misfire of all cylinders. We replaced the plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, ignition coil, fuel pump, and air filter. It still does exactly the same thing and we dont know whats wrong. The guys at the store said they dont know anything else it could be. We put some fuel injector cleaner in today so maybe that will work. We are also going to adjust the valves once the engine cools down. I need to know what else it could be?

Hello. I've been going through episodes of what I now know to be panic attacks for over a year now. I used to just get nauseous or not be able to breathe. Gradually, it progressed to having a "weight" on my chest, dizzyness, sweating, shaking, and me feeling the need to escape from ....well...something. Wasn't sure what it was, but I felt like I was dying. I've been miserable. I also began having suicidal thoughts out of nowhere. This is all largely uncharacteristic for me, and I was too embarrassed to seek help. I'm a perfectionist and didn't want to lose my pride... Here's a girl who's about to become a senior in high school with a 4.0, classical piano training under her belt, 2 jobs, and amazing friends... I didn't want to be seen as "the psycho" who needs to see shrink. I'd already seen one before. Didn't help. After my Nani's (grandma's) death, things just kept getting worse. Life was spiraling out of control. Sleeplessness, weight loss (30 lbs!), and mood swings finally made my incredible boyfriend pull me aside & make me get help again. So, I did last week. Diagnosed with a panic disorder and minor depression. What are some steps I can take towards controlling these attacks b4 I start seeing someone once a month? Leaky injectors! Dripping fuel in the engine. The converter usually overheats. It is probably empty already out the back. That would also cause the plugs to misfire. And cause the coils to go out trying to fire the plugs. That's the order of things to check going by the symptoms you discribe. :)

I own hens so my eggs are super-fresh. But my daughter likes to eat just the egg-whites, leaving the yolks in a cup in the fridge. Unbroken eggs are said to stay fresh a minimum of four weeks, but how long will the yolks stay good once out of the shell? When I push the throttle down to fast on the Evinrude, It dies?

Its a 1980 70HP Evinrude, Compression is Good, Carbs were clean last season but I did not run all the gas out of the tank before winter and it sat in there. Whenever I get on the water everything starts fine and idles fine but it takes forever for it to go fast. I have to slowly push the throttle forward and let it sit at a certain position for a good 2 minutes or more than when I hear the engine roar a little bit, I know that you can push the throttle in full so you can go fast. Otherwise If i do not do this, and just push the throttle up fast it dies every single time. I checked the gas line going to the motor and it was clean, nothing seems to be clogged up.

I recently installed some halo headlights into my 2010 mustang. I read a few forums before purchasing them, and noticed a couple of people said that the check charging system light came on and that you were supposed to unplug the negative on the battery before installation. I installed the lights fine, but now the check charging system light is coming on. My battery is putting out about 13.5 volts and around 80 amps at idle... Honda anti theft code on radio?

i just financed a 96 honda accord ex from a little delership and i took it home and looked it over including under the hood.....while i was doin so i noticed the battery terminal was covered in thick corrosion i romoved the terminal and cleaned it off and put it back on, with out thinking about the anti theft device on the radio.....now when i turn the radio on it says code and wont let me use it..... i know im supposed to call a honda dealership to get the code but i heard tht cost about 90 dollars which is stupid......im eventually gonna go with a aftermarket cd player but for now i would like to use the stock until then.....does anyone know it the code is located on the back of the deck or if there is a free way to get it without having to call a dealship and deal with there scams? also the top idler pulley wiggles when the car is running but when the car is off i tried wiggleing it with my hand and both the wheel and the nut are tight and wont budge? why would it wiggle while the car is running and is this normal?

if that is just at the start, then the cap could be at fault. the valve that lets fluid back into the system when it cools down may be stuck closed and as the water condenses, the hoses collapse due to a lower volume. if that hose stays that way even when it is hot, id feel the hose and see how stiff the walls are. i have to assume that you are talking about the upper hose.

75c is a bit high... 50 - 60c is average. id either invest in a bigger fan or use a can of air and try to clean it. You can also take it to a local shop and have them open it, and apply some thermal grease to the cpu. One of your system fans may not be working. Look on the net for a "fan temp monitor" program. A lot of these will report issues back, or allow you to control the fan speed manually.

This car probably has a 4.9L or 5.0L engine. You might want to check the vacuum lines. Also the motor might shake at idle if in need of a tune up. Like spark plugs and wires might help. Also do you have Brake pedal pressure? Or do you have pedal fade or pedal slowly dropping to the floor. If so you might have a leaking brake cylinder or bad master cylinder. If it has allot of mileage then this could be age but really need more Information to know for sure.

well the good news is that your levels have continued to increase. i would recommend that you ask your dr to do another blood test in 2 days. if your levels continue to double daily, then its a good chance your baby is ok. i have had 2 miscarriages and in the second i was 11 weeks and they found no heartbeat but i also had decreasing levels of hcg. sometimes its just too early to hear a heartbeat, as i wasnt able to hear one at my 7 week appt. try to relax and not worry because that puts stress on the baby. i hope this helps and that everything is ok.

Lmp and conception date don't match early scan date?

I had my lmp on 16/4/11 and had sex on several occasions between 25 - 30/4/11. I was also on the mini pill but had forgotten to take two. The midwife gave me an edd of 14/1/12 but I had cramping so went for an early scan. The internal scan said I was 5 weeks (when I thought I was 7) and there was only a yolk sac and a corpus luteum. This gave me an edd of 27/1. I have to go back this Friday for a second scan but am now panicing incase something is wrong with the pregnancy. Which date should I believe and what is a corpus luteum? The doc says i have a Chemical pregnancy but my HCG levels say otherwise.?

I am 7 weeks 4 days pregnant. At 6 weeks, 1 day I had my 1st vaginal ultrasound. The doc not see anything. My HCG levels were 13,000. At 7 weeks, 1 day I had a 2nd ultrasound. My HCG levels were 22,000. The doc still did not see anything. NO yolk sac nothing. He said I have a chemical pregnancy. I also had a ultrasound by the radiologist and he seems to think it may be too soon and there is still hope. ANYONE ever come across this situation? I am confused because my HCG levels and body say I am pregnant. I have had no bleeding or cramping. My stomach is growing my hips are spreading and my boobs have increase two bra sizes already. I eat healthy and I walk or hike 3 to 4 times a week. So i know i am not getting fat from my diet. PLEASE HELP. I am so worried. Do i accept I am going to lose the baby or do I have hope? The doc said it could take 2 to 4 weeks before i start bleeding and actually have the miscarriage.

Why does my car die as soon as i put it into gear?

I have a 91' Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra and it'll start fine and idle fine in park and neutral, but as soon as i put it into reverse or drive it dies. It is has an automatic transmission. It's fuel injected. It has a V6 engine. It was running fine yesterday but today i drove around for about 20 mins. and when i came to park it, it died just as i pulled in and while i was driving whenever i took my foot off the accellerator it would start to sputter/shake a little bit and would sound like it was about to die and then as soon as i pressed the accelerator again it would be fine. so i started my car back up so i could park properly and then as soon as i put it into gear it died again. I tried to let it sit in park for a couple minutes and it was idling fine but when i put it in gear it died, i also tried reverse and it died as soon as i put it in gear there too. So if anyone can tell me what's wrong or what could be wrong that would help because i don't want to take it to a shop if it's something easy.

Why is my GPU suddenly running so hot?

I have an XFX Nvidia 8600 GTS that I bought overclocked at 730. A few months ago I had been playing TF2 with no problems. I didn't touch my comp for over 4 months and noticed this would happen. The game would randomly crash and sometimes my screen would become pixelated until I made a hard reboot. I ran some temp. tests and it is now idling at 73C and runs at 81-83C while playing TF2. I haven't made any graphical change to the game, changed comp cases, haven't moved my pc's location, and never reapplied thermal compound I was wondering if anyone has any idea what could be wrong? Would reapplying thermal paste cool my gpu? Do I need a new GPU?

My car is starting up rough.?

It is like thumping- thump thump thump and idling high and then after letting it sit for a little bit it goes back to normal and it is the normal hum again and the idle drops back. No check engine light is on either. Any ideas/answers would be greatly appreciated.

i have a hp 3046TX laptop. my config is 2.66Ghz i5 M430 processor, 4 GB ram, 1 GB ATI graphics card etc etc.. my problem is that i think my core temperatures are running too high. i had downloaded speedfan and also real temp and my idle core temps are 35 to 40*C . i had done a prime95 torture large FFT's test and at 100 % CPU usage my temp is showing 95 to 99*C on my ATI GPU and 85 to 95*C on my intel GPU. my vents are cleaned as hell and my fans are also working. im in a doubt that is it just me or is my CPU over heating? please let me know if anyone else is also getting this type of reading. and ya i run my laptop on the table and in a A/C environment. please help and clear my doubts. thanks

Using Extra Virgin Olive Oil for face?

It's a wonderful skin softener I use it on my lips before bed and it makes them smooth and soft. Don't however use it if you have oily skin, it will just clog up the pores and cause breakouts. But on dry skin yes it's great. I recommend to use it with Honey. Honey is a miracle home remedy for me, it's antibacterial and cleanses the pores and moisturizes without clogging and very softening. You will achieve better results if you use Olive Oil with Honey. Obviously Honey is very sticky so better to use it as a face mask then wash off after 15 minutes then apply the oil. Still use your normal scrubs, cleansers etc because any residue left by the oil will need to be washed away the next morning, it wont ruin your face or anything. Use the oil before bed so it has all night to absorb. Great choice for choosing Olive Oil it's a very good remedy. I've never used egg but I think it's the egg whites which are supposed to be beneficial, but just using the other two ingredients will be fine.

I've noticed when I just barley touch the gas my idle goes up from 800 rpm's to 11 or 1200 rpm's and stayes there for about 3-4 seconds then goes back down. I decided to check if it was a vacuum leak, I heard a hissing sound between the power steering pump and the intake manifold, I sprayed throttle body cleaner to see if the idle would drop and it seemed like it did. so I replaced the intake manifold gaskets and some hoses. I figured I fixed the problem and started the car. I didn't fix the problem... I just cant figure out the problem. I don't see any hoses by where the hissing is coming from. I seems like the noise is the power steering pump pulley but its sounds like the hissing is right behind it.. can the idle problem be something else..

Pregnant but no fetal pole?

I am 7 weeks pregnant today. Last Thursday I had my 4th ultrasound, and they found a gestational sac, a yolk sac but no fetal pole or heartbeat. My levels were doubling, and they are 49,000. I did the math according to my last blood work, and they should be about 100,000 now,..but someone told me at a certain point they stop doubling. 97 Dodge neon fuel filter or pump issue?

I suggest since that fuel filter hasn't more then likely been changed in awhile try changing it and testing the fuel pressure at the pump and the fuel rail.What could be happening is the fuel filter is dried up inside and at idle there isn't enough fuel pressure to keep it idling and when driving it at higher speeds it runs okay.

Scared to go to the doctor :(?

I was at a high risk for an ectopic pregnancy so when I was 7 weeks along the doctor wanted to do a sonogram to confirm the pregnancy was in my uterus and not my tube. Well he found a sac in my uterus but thats all he could see. No fetal pole, yolk sac or heart beat. But he kept saying my uterus is extremley tilted. My sac was only measuring 5w4d also. So he took some blood to see where my hcg levels were and told me to come back in 5 days for a follow up scan. So 5 days later I came back and he could still only see a sac but now it was measuring 6 weeks exactly. Once again he kept informing me that mh uterus is very very tilted. He said my levels were pretty high so he wanted to test them again. So he drew more blood and called me the next day and said my levels were still rising but not enough to impress him. He told me he didnt thinj this would be a succesful pregnancy but wasnt ready to offer me a d&c yet. This doctor has been wrong with 3 other things that he has told me. I have an appointment with a different doctor in 2 days seeing as its been almost 3 weeks since my first appt and nothing has happened and i still have all my pregnancy symptoms. Its been 11 weeks since my lmp but since my sac is measuring small it should be measuring 9 weeks. My questions are. Could the doctor just not have been able to see my baby because my uterus is so tilted? Could I have ovulated later in my cycle, and thats why my sac is measuring small? What do you think the chanxes are of tge doctor seeing a heartbeat when I go in 2 days. Im so scared and nervous and and confused. Please help.

My 99 chrystler sebring battery dies almost everytime I shut the car off. I have to have a battery charger in my car. Empty gestational sac at approx 6 weeks?

I have now had two ultrasounds and both ultrasounds are showing an empty sac. My last ultrasound was last Friday. The sac was measuring 6 weeks 3 days but all that was in it was what they think is a yolk sac. I have PCOS and my periods are very very irregular. If we go by my LMP then rightly I should be about 9 weeks. They were guessing I conceived around April 19 which is no possible. I was on my period for about 20 days straight and my husband and I were not having sex. The only time I could have possibly gotten pregnant was at the beginning of May. Which would mean by right Im probably actually no more than 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. And an ultrasound wouldn't show anything this early, right? I guess what I am asking is has anyone else had a situation with ultrasounds showing an empty sac and then everything being ok? This is my 5th pregnancy.... I lost the previous 4. So this is a huge deal to me and I am walking on pins and needles. Any personal stories, experiences, anything anyone might have to help build some hope would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 97 ford Taurus, we had a squealing in my car, we thought it was the belts, but they are new. we change the alternator, the squealing stopped for a day. came back again, we thought it might be the pulleys and changed those, still no change. the squealing is constant from the moment we start the engine, when we idle the noise grows quite, when we speed up it becomes intense. when we turn it changes pitch. I have no idea what is wrong with it, we do have air conditioning, and the water pump does need replacing but it does not have a leak its just old.

Empty geatation sack?

I took it in had it checked they said it was the air idle control valve replaced it an it still likes to idle high sometimes an takes a couple try's to start an the servise engine soon light will come on but go off after 2-3 secondsbut always starts always runs great, what else could it be???? I had a problem like this on a 2000 Grand Caravan. It turned out to be the spark plug wires. Tried an aftermarket set and it didn't work. Had to get a set from the Dealer. That solved the issue and the price at the dealer was less than the aftermarket wires. Go figure.

first check to see if the distirbutor is timed with the rest off the motor then check to make sure your distributor advance is hooked up i had this same problem but i fixed mine by messing with the idler adjustment which should be on the throttle cable near the carb or throttle body.

1981 VW vanagon turns over but gives no effort to start. whats the problem?

Ive been working on this vanagon for about 3 months now. When i parked it, it was running nicely. it started right up after approximately 4 revolutions of the motor. idled fine. its been 2 months since i started it up and when i turned the motor over it will not even attempt to run. The motor is getting fuel, and spark. the injectors are spraying fuel into the block. im at a loss. i dont know what the problem could be. i was hoping to have a loss of spark or fuel because that would have made it an apparent fix. pleas help me get this beauty back on the road.

looks like your carb is dirty....if it has dirt clogging a jet, additive will not remove it. you will probably have to remove and clean carb jets and passages thoroughly and carefully.

Am I doing something wrong?

Okay, so lately I decided to start eating healthier and working out more. I'm losing up to 0.8 to a pound a day and I'm kind of concerned because that's a lot to lose in a day. I don't know what I'm doing that can be considered unhealthy. A normal day for me is I wake up go to the bathroom then check my weight. I'll have breakfast then I'll do some form of exercise. Everyday I play this game called Dance Central on my Kinect and it works out your whole body and really gets me sweating and burning calories then I'll shower and do like a mini exercise and for the rest of the day I'll fidget or be doing something to keep me moving and I do that everyday. Sometimes I'll go to the public pool around where I live or I might go on a walk. I never wear myself out or anything when I exercise and I don't really eat healthy at all. I'll do small things, like take out yolks to eggs so they are healthy, but I rarely ever do anything like that. I eat normal portion sizes though I always make sure never to take more then what's on my plate but I never starve myself, if I'm still hungry after I'll add a little more but never if I just want something to eat just to be eating. For the rest of the day I'll be reading a book, and maybe watch t.v. for a little bit, or play with my dog. And I usually have to babysit my mom's friends son nearly everyday of the week (she doesn't work during the week, idk why she leaves him so much). that's about it and I usually get 7-8 hours of sleep as well and I only drink water and milk. So am I losing weight in an unhealthy way? Is there something I'm doing that I over looked? Sometimes I'll be reading and not realize my stomach is growling but I always track my time because of that so the most I could have been hungry for was 20-30 minutes which couldn't be bad enough to be called starving, could it? Please help thanks. I'm 13 btw.

okay..i found out i was pregnant on may 23rd, and i went to the doctor june 7th they run some test and done a papsmear and he said i seemed to be about 8 weeks, but wasnt sure cuz i couldnt remember when my last period was cuz their irregular. 2am thursday morning i started cramping some and i started spotting so i went to the er and they checked me for ectopic preg. and it come out i didnt have that, my hcg level was at 17000 and they said that was perfect, so i called my doctor about 10 and he told me to come in friday and they were gonna do an ultrasound. when they were doing the ultrasound they noticed a yolk sac and a baby but no heartbeat and they said they thought i was just about 6wks, and that everything looked normal. and the reason they couldnt see anything was because it was to early and the baby was up against the uterine wall and they were having a hard time seeing anything..they said the spotting was probably due to the papsmear...is it really normal they couldnt see anything or were they just saying that to keep me from getting upset, im having normal symptoms i stopped spotting and my stomach isnt hurting anymore, im suppose to go back the 22nd to get another ultrasound to see if we can find a heartbeat and im really scared that something is wrong

Is my Blazer's Fuel Pump Bad?

It is a 2001 Chevy Blazer LS with the 4.3l v6. We were driving down the road and it quit on us. it is not the alternator because i had that tested. i was told to replace the distributor cap and rotor so i did that. i got it to start and it idles really rough. when you step on the gas the car dies. the fuel pump sounded really labored when it would prime the system. then the fuel pump stopped working and it would not start. 3 days later the fuel pump did kick on but sounded labored and again rough idle and would die when stepping on the gas. then the pump stopped working again. is this the sign of a bad fuel pump?

Sounds more like a plug wire. Either popped off plug or coil pack / distributor? If its raining pretty good then it could be watter intrusion again in distributor..? the other end of the plug wire (opposite the spark plug) dry it out with a rag, let air dry. With car off - puts hands on, feel, tug, push, something loose or burnt through. if it just started like that with no warning you should be able to almost see it. Unless water got in. Its in the "spark" parts of the car, follow the plug wires.

Dirtbike shuts off when revved.?

I have a Yamaha 450f and after a year of sitting in the shed I changed out the jets, throttle tube and tire tubes. It starts perfectly and idles ok. But when revved maybe a quarter of the way it starts to lose rpm's and shuts off. And it makes a weird noise like a slight whistle or cricket type of noise. I don't know what sort of vehicle you have - most engines use conventional brush-type motors for idle air control. Those go to minimum air when disconnected because motor just works against a spring that tries to keep the valve closed. If your vehicle has a stepper motor it will just stay where it stopped. One of my sons once had an ancient Taurus that apparently had a weird arrangement where DC voltage opened the IAC and AC voltage from an inverter closed it, so if the inverter failed the idle would only increase.

My car has been acting weird for over a year now. When I'm idling, it's like it's almost going to die. It'll idle fine, then it will sort of "sputter". That's really the only way I can describe it. ok so i was running my motor yesterday to check my water pump which i now know is junk and needs replacement. However as i ran it at idle i head a pop noise almost, and later on checked the engine and saw that a line going from the top, through the middle and bottom carbs and then goes to the back of the motor where it plugs into a gold nut near the spark plugs. the piece that broke was a plastic looking piece that is connected to the hose from the carbs, and when it broke i found a spring and a plastic piece that goes inside of the spring. The plastic piece that held the spring ect, snapped where it connects to the gold nut. If anyone knows what this might be please help! ive done a little research and all i can think is possibly a vacuum valve or a retainer of some sort?

6 week scan and no fetal pole or heartbeat?

I had a miscarriage earlier this year so the OB said I could have an early scan to reassure myself. Well this back fired on me because its stressing me more than helping me. I was 6w2d friday. I had a positive pregnancy test on 5/25. They showed me as 5 weeks pregnant on the scan which is impossible based on when I got the positive test. The tech called the Dr at the hospital u/s into the room and even the Dr said based on those dates (LMP and BFP) it didn't look good. I had blood work and will get the results tomorrow (had blood 10 days prior so willhave a # to compare it to). And I have to go back next Friday for another scan. I have prepared myself for the worse but want to know if anyone had this happen with a good outcome? Oh the tech did think she saw a flickering and my husband said he saw it too when she pointed it out. But what has me upset is that that the Dr said what he saw was not a 6 week pregnancy since there was a sac and yolk but no fetal pole. After the Dr left the room the tech told me not to loose sleep over what the Dr said because she saw a nice healthy sac. The other thing is she did both an abdominal and vaginal scan. The abdominal was actually clearer (Same thing happened when I went ot the ER with my miscarriage). She said it was because of the angle she had to do the vaginal. She said it was because I had a tilted uterus. I read somewhere that can effect what you see?

I would start with the simple stuff first. Check your fan relay or fuse and make sure the fan comes on when it gets to normal temp. Next, flush the radiator and make sure theres no excessive rust or blockages. Then, check your oil and look for any "milky" oil. That would mean your headgasket is leaking coolant into the oil. You can also check the thermostat or the temperature sending unit. As for the headgasket, I've never heard of that brand of gaskets, I've always went with Felpro and they've never let me down. Why would there be gasoline in the intake of my 3100sfi lumina 1998?

Ok.. Basicaly it sounds like the gas which should be vaporised is pooling in the intake. Its likely getting in because its not getting burned. I have seen this with both fuel and oil. The smog equipment on the car recirculates a percentage of exhause and crankcase vapors. Unless those misfires are caused by a bad spark plug or wire this will not be a cheap fix.

1991 Chevy k1500 rear pinion seal replacement?

I recently noticed that my rear end pinion seal is leaking, i have a 1991 k1500 half ton with a 8.5 inch rear end, i started by disconecting the drive shaft with the u joint, im not sure on what to do next, do i have to remove the carrier and then pull the pinion? or can i take of the big bolt where the u-joint connects which i think is called the yolk and be able to change it from there, im a pretty good at turning a wrench but i have brand new rear end oil in it and i dont wanna have to do any extra work if i dont have too, and help would be highly appreciated

Empty gestational sac at approx 6 weeks?

I have now had two ultrasounds and both ultrasounds are showing an empty sac. My last ultrasound was last Friday. The sac was measuring 6 weeks 3 days but all that was in it was what they think is a yolk sac. I have PCOS and my periods are very very irregular. If we go by my LMP then rightly I should be about 9 weeks. They were guessing I conceived around April 19 which is no possible. I was on my period for about 20 days straight and my husband and I were not having sex. The only time I could have possibly gotten pregnant was at the beginning of May. Which would mean by right Im probably actually no more than 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. And an ultrasound wouldn't show anything this early, right? I guess what I am asking is has anyone else had a situation with ultrasounds showing an empty sac and then everything being ok? This is my 5th pregnancy.... I lost the previous 4. So this is a huge deal to me and I am walking on pins and needles. Any personal stories, experiences, anything anyone might have to help build some hope would be greatly appreciated.

I just found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago and last week on monday I went to the doctor and everything checked out fine. I had my blood pregnancy test done and my level was 2500. Then on Wednesday I started bleeding heavy and passed a few clots I went immediately to the ER thinking I for sure had a miscarriage but surprisingly my cervix was still closed and the baby was still there. the doctor at the er did more blood work and my levels was 5404 so I was sent home on bed rest for 2 days and was told my levels should double in 48 hours. So come friday I went back to the doctor and had more blood work done plus I went to see my OB and had an ultrasound and found out I was right at 5 weeks and again the tech told me everything looked perfect there was a yolk sac and everything doctor did a pelvic again and my cervix was still closed. I have not had a sign of blood since the weds and only bleed for about 3 hours that day. but today i called for the blood test results from the appointment on friday and was told they where 5710 which isn't the high a rise should I be concerned my doctor isn't very concerned right now and has me on bed rest for a week with an ultrasound this upcoming Friday in hopes that there will be a heartbeat or at least more growth. Has anyone experienced anything similar with a positive outcome? I am worrying myself silly! Ive never had a miscarriage before and am just very concerned!

okay so it all started when i was testing and disconnected spark plug caple from the coil while the car was running and at that moment it reved up to 4000 rpm and stayed there until you would tap the gas pedal then it went down and started hunting!, and this happens now every time when the car is turned on it revs on 4000 or something until you tap the pedal. and also if you disconnect the vacuum hose from the map sensor it stopps hunting but idle stays at like 1500rpm, and as soon as you connect the hose to the sensor again it starts hunting again(It is not the map sensor! i have tried changing it with no change!) it cant be that the car is taking false air cause it started when the wire was disconnected from the coil. so i was thinging maby somethinghappenedd to thestepper motorr when the wire wasdisconnectedd from the coil and damaged the stepper motor is that apossibilityy? what do you think

The tranny slams really hard, almost as if the idle is way high but its not. Also when in drive and getting up to speed is fine but comming to a stop the down shift reallyhits hard too. If i drive in 2nd the hard down shift goes away. Drove through puddle, car behaving strangely?

I drove through a puddle today, wasnt too deep, just enough to slow it down. But then going around a roundabout straight after it was a little sluggish getting around in 3rd gear. Then i parked at the shops and left the stereo on as y sister went and got something. It started fine. then going up a hill just after it lost all power in 3rd and 2nd, no revs at all, so had to go up in 1st. i then stopped and i was idling just under its normal idle rev count and was shaking like it does when it is about to stall, havent tried to start it for a few hours. it is still raining, will it be ok to get home? and will i be ok in general? does it just need to dry out? rev it out next time i start?

Lately I have been getting an overwhelming sensation to break down. I have held the weight on my shoulders for a long time. I have have been separated from my spouse for quite sometime. My 99 chrystler sebring battery dies almost everytime I shut the car off. I have to have a battery charger in my car. Sometimes the car starts right away but lately it needs the battery charger its driving me nuts! I have a 98 Chevy Silverado K 1500 V8 5.7L it has started to idle rough not horribly but enough that you can tell. After being on the freeway and then coming to a stop when it sits for a few minutes at a light I have the feather the gas pedal to keep the truck started and to get going again smoothly ( it's an automatic) so I'm not really sure what's going on I know my way around an engine for things but not for something like this..

I have been searching the internet for instructions on making timing adjustments and every posting says something completely different. Some say you must buy some Special spark sensor thing that lights up markings on the fly wheel. Some say you must buy some kind of Special caliper that screws into the sparkplug hole. and others say just twist the idle adjust screw. My question is do you use the idle adjust screw and if you do why dose it mader where the markings on the fly wheels are. And what specal Secret classified information is in the shop manual that i must know. And what is all this stuff people say like "set it to 4 degrees". If there is no lodgical answer for any of these questions can someone just explane the flywheel markings and how to adjust. and are there any special tools i need?

Especially since it's a Chinese scooter, you really should take the time to learn about this machine. Find the importer and start asking questions. Questions are cheap. If it's a 150cc, it should be able to do 60mph. If it idles at 2400rpm, it will be very difficult to start, so it needs a tuneup of some kind. Try to locate a service manual.

90 Celica idling high...what's the cause?

I've got a 1990 Celica GT with the 5SFE 2.2L 5-speed engine. Ever since I've had the car, it idles all the time from the lowest of 1500rpm to the highest of 2000rpm. The lowest I've ever seen it idle is 1000rpm and that was for 3 seconds. It does that sometimes. It's like the rpm's just dip down to 1000 for a quick couple seconds then they rise right back up to 1500-2000. I've done some basic troubleshooting such as spraying carb/brake cleaner around possible leaking points like the intake manifold, injectors, vacuum hoses and lines, and valve cover. But spraying those points does not seem to make the engine's rpms change. I'm pretty puzzled as to what could be causing this issue. And since this is an OBD0 car, I don't have a scanner that will work with it. Also, this sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but I can tap the gas pedal real quick and the idles come down to around 1500-1600. Doesn't always work though. I've checked the idle screw on the throttle body as well and it's screwed all the way in. If I back it out at all, it makes the engine idle even higher. Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone?

1999 Mazda Millenia Fuel Problems?

My car was giving me trouble when i bought it, when i drove it and slowed down to a stop and let it idle it would go dead. It did this for a while and the check engine light started flashing. I got someone to run a computer check on it and said my engine was mis-firing. Looked at everything on my engine and noticed the air intake hose was held together by electrical tape. I replaced it, and cranked it up and it ran fine for a little bit. Drove it down the road into a drive-way and came to a complete stop and it didn't die or idle low or anything, then all of the sudden when i hit the accelerator and the car died. So I tried to crank it and it wouldn't start, it would turn over just fine but nothing else. Took the spark plugs out and they were corroded real bad so i sanded them. Then the car would crank, but it would die if you let off the gas. So i had to get my car pulled home, changed the spark plugs and now it cranks fine, but i'm worried there is something else wrong with it. I would hate to drive it down the road and it all happen again. Any ideas if there could be anything else wrong with it?
