This manutd sqaud of essentially B/B- quality players torpedoed Chelsea and the rest of the highly talented premier league competition and reached the champions league final. Granted they didn't face the stiffest competition in Europe (schalke for ex.), reaching the final is still an accomplishment since they did pull off some impressive results in the group stage like winning away at Fenerbache or something like that. It's not like they are paying off refs or anything, there must be something greater at work. I think of Rooney's bike kick against man city or bebatov scoring 20+ goals and also invincible players like Giggs and Scholes who defy human nature.I'll concede fergie is an amazing coach but, there's soo many things that need to go right that are out of a coaches hand. It's amazing how players like Park can disapper for like 6 months then show up and play 10x betetr then usuaul. It seems that everything always falls right in place for them. I'm a chelsea fan but, hats off to man utd who got the job done week in and week out. I just don't know how? There's no explanation for things like Nani being able to tear apart a 200 million pound back line (i.e. like against man city). How do they do it?
