Feeding my dog raw meats ect..?

Hi i have always fed my dog meats vegetables and mixed his food with egg yolk ect.. and ive decided to stop buying his food which is somewhat better and more organic and switch to all raw and i have done a lot of research and know what to do but i seem to get confused when mixing i read that lamb chicken turkey rabbit and organs are all good but when they mention to add also eggs and vegies to their food do i mix this with the raw meat or is there no order and just simply mix the lam one day with eggs and a bit of vegies (i know vegetables arent as important) and turkey the next day?? Id like to hear other opinions. Thanks
