I need help Identifying a movie?

I have no clue what this movie is and I don't have much to go off of but it's driving me crazy that I can't think of it and I can't find it anywhere. I remember it was an old horror film with lots of hands being possessed and so people starting cutting them off and in the end when they think they resolve the issue the endin scene was of a woman waiting of to her nose wiggling and she walks into the restroom and cuts it off with a pair of scissors and it's not Idle Hands ><
