Could i be having a miscarriage in the abscence of the usual symptoms?need advice from anyone who has gone thr?

yesterday i went in for a US but they also did a transvaginal one since they could not see the fetal heartbeat.the fetus was present and within the uterus,there was a fetal pole and yolk sac.the baby measured 12.3mm and 7w4days.according to LMP im supposed to be 8weeks.the dr. said the fetus could be dead but i said i want another US in a weeks time.when i got home though i vomited once i ate anything and i feel fatigued.frequency in urination has decreasd n my boobs dont hurt as much.no crampin or bleedin
