I am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant and bleed a few days ago?

I went straight to the hospital, the bleed only lasted a few hours and after the first rush off blood was extreamly light after withno pain, my hcg at the time was 3000 I was 5 weeks 2 days at that point, the doctor at emergency advised I have most likley lost the baby and I should expect the worst. The next day I was booked for an ultra sound turns out there is a yolk sack and everything is in place and at the right size for my stage of pregnancy, as there is no fetal pole im due back when I am 6 weeks and 5 days has anybody been through this or can give me advice the waiting is driving me crazy with worry.
